การลบข้อมูลผู้ใช้
คุณขอให้ร้านลบข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากการแชทผ่าน Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct หรือ LINE Official Account ได้ทุกเมื่อ ตามขั้นตอนนี้
วิธีขอลบข้อมูล
- ส่งอีเมลถึง queenbrows.store@gmail.com หัวข้อ "ขอลบข้อมูล" หรือพิมพ์ "ขอลบข้อมูล" ในแชทของร้านช่องทางที่คุณเคยติดต่อ
- แจ้งชื่อบัญชีที่ใช้ติดต่อร้าน (ชื่อ Facebook, ชื่อผู้ใช้ Instagram หรือชื่อ LINE) เพื่อให้เราค้นหาข้อมูลได้ถูกคน
- ร้านจะลบประวัติแชท ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ และข้อมูลติดต่อของคุณออกจากระบบภายใน 30 วัน แล้วแจ้งผลกลับทางช่องทางเดิม
ข้อมูลบางส่วนที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บ เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงินและเอกสารทางบัญชี จะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด แล้วจึงลบ
สำหรับเจ้าของบัญชีธุรกิจที่เชื่อมต่อระบบ
- Instagram: การตั้งค่า → เว็บไซต์และแอพ → เลือกแอพ → ลบ
- Facebook: การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → แอพและเว็บไซต์ → เลือกแอพ → ลบ
หลังถอนการเชื่อมต่อ ระบบจะหยุดรับข้อมูลทันที และคุณขอให้ลบข้อมูลที่เก็บไว้แล้วได้ตามขั้นตอนด้านบน

User Data Deletion (English)
- Email queenbrows.store@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send "Delete my data" in the chat channel you used to contact us.
- Include the account name you used (Facebook name, Instagram username or LINE name) so we can find your data.
- We will delete your chat history, profile and contact details from our system within 30 days and confirm through the same channel. Records we must keep by law (such as receipts) are kept only for the legally required period.
Business accounts can also disconnect the app in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) or Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites).
